My Day of Burf

In honor of me bursting through my mothers womb, we headed to Charlotte for a day of awesomeness. We brought along our faithful travel buddies, Tonna and Adam of course! We stayed the night Friday and after I opened all my gifts, (way way to spoiled by family) we played all day Saturday at Carowinds...Wooohooo I love me some coasta's! I LOVE it when GB wins me prizes!!

After a fun day at the park, we went to eat out at one on my absolute FAVORITE places...Maggiano's...MMMMMMMMM I ate entirely WAY. too. much. as evident in this super sexy photograph...Our dear friends snuck the check and paid...so so so so nice! What awesome friends I have.

My only request for the day was Cheesecake from the cheesecake factory...so we grabbed some to go and headed home. Fabulous birthday!!!!! I am so grateful for such great family and friends...oh yea and The GB, he is great too! Thanks for squeezing me out mom! and Thanks to all! It was fabulous!!

Silly Me...

Silly ole Me....I forgot to mention a few OTHER happenings. Like.....I went back to Utah for a little visit with some of my very favorite people. Such as... This boy, I am 100% utterly in LOVE with this little boy

I don't know why but we have a serious bond. I swear we must have been best friends in Heaven. No matter how long I have been away, whenever I come back, its like I was never gone at all. He is only 2 and he still remembers to call me ....All. the. time. I love him. I love him I love him I love him. I also love these crazy monsters....

Pretty happy with the final product, Living Room is a few shades too bright for me but oh well, what do you do? It still feels way more homey.

Happenings

Lots of things are happening over here at the Bradham house! For starters, Garrett FINALLY graduated!! I am beyond proud of my hardworking, smart husband. I remember several years ago discussing options for grad school with Garrett. He showed his top choices, which were also the top two programs in the nation. We had fun looking up the areas that both Thunderbird and USC were located and dreaming about what life there would be like. Garrett wasn't very confident he would get in, but I was. I knew he had what it took and he could easily charm his way in. As usual, I was right ;) We were told last minute about his acceptance and had about a day to decide and two weeks to be there. After much prayer and thought, we packed up all our possessions and moved across country to begin our next adventure. That was almost two years ago..I'm not gonna lie, its been a hard, long, awesome, crazy, blessed two years! I am so very proud of Garrett and all his hard work. He did it! So many days he wasn't sure if he would, but he did!! He graduated having worked his butt off at school AND juggled a full time job! With a 3.7, might I add!!! WOWZERS SO SO SO impressed and so thrilled to be done!

He looks so handsome right?! I am so proud to be his wifey!!

Garrett's parents came for his graduation and we had a family party for 3 days. We saw the Avengers, which was better than I expected, ate some great food, played games, and went to the zoo. Garrett took some amazing shots at the zoo, oh and I even got to pet and feed a giraffe!!! Also, a goat bit my finger....Sorry no pics of that

Soooooo, since Garrett works from home we decided to hang around Columbia for a little bit longer, until I am eligible for transfer at work. We extended our contract through September. In the mean time Garrett is gonna check out some other options and has a few things lined up. So for now, I am happy here but excited to see where life will take us. In other news...only 19 days until we go here.....

As you can imagine I am counting down the minutes!! Wanna know the best part?...we get to fly there for free....on Business Elite. I can not express how incredibly awesome my job is! Yes life over here at the Bradham house is good....better than good, its great!
