Why Hello

Hello 2013! I am sad to say good-bye to 2012 as it was a great year for the Bradhams. GB claims it was the best year of our marriage, I am hesitant to agree only because I just had so much fun in Italy during our second year, but I suppose if I am being completely honest, he is right. I reminisced of 2012 as I read all our adventures via le blog. The year actually didn't seem to start off so great for me, but things really turned around quick and it was a fabulous year. Since 7 is Jesus's favorite number (according to the wee little one that I nanny)  here are what I think are the top 7 highlights from the past glorious year.

1: We made a little addition to our family. Charlie

2: GB graduated from the #1 IMBA program in the nation. I am still ever so proud.

3. We traveled...a WHOLE lot to places like......

                       Holden Beach/Mrytle Beach (twice)

New York

Utah (twice for me,once for GB)

Thailand

Aruba (a personal fav for me)

Took my mom to Charleston

Mexico (GB)

South Africa (GB)-where he also became "famous"

Also Nashville and Houston, but I believe you have recently seen all those photos so I will spare you.

4: I survived my first monkey attack, (or the little b*terd survived attacking me rather)

5: We moved to Atlanta!!!

6: We celebrated 3 happy years of marriage

7: We started building a HOUSE

Many more wonderful things came from last year, I allowed a child to freeze a small lizard (may he rest in peace), I finally kicked my seizures trash and live a FULLY functional life, I forgave and healed and oh so much more. This post was so much fun to make. As I look back at all the fun adventures we went on I can't help but feel so blessed. 2012 was great!

In recent news:
I think its pretty safe to say that January (for me) is hands down the worst month of the year. I always seem to struggle with it. This year has been no exception. I have been basically dead the last 4 weeks with Bronchitis/borderline pneumonia (according to my doctor). Since we are building a house I can't exactly afford to miss work so my daily routine consists of laying in bed, going to work, and coming back to bed. I have however "refused" to be sick a few days and forced my self to have a life. Hmmm, perhaps that's why I am still sick ;) Despite my sickly-ness, so far 2013 is shaping up to be pretty dang spectacular. We will officially be home owners on February 14th  and I can. not. wait. We also have a glorious summer planned and new hope in the baby making department. So long glorious 2012, and Hello 2013, be good to me baby.

Christmas

Well Christmas is over and as many of you may have guessed, I failed to send out Christmas cards this year. So for those of you who are still camping out at your mail box anxiously awaiting a lovely Bradham Card..I am  Sorry, but at least you know I didn't leave you out on purpose.

Anywhoodle, GB and I were sufficiently spoiled as always. We spent the majority of our Christmas in Houston with my dad and company. We had a wonderful time cooking themed dinners to match Christmas movies, drives in the Mustang with the top down to see Christmas lights, touring Galveston, Baking, family photo shoot, heartfelt devotionals, and laughing as much as our stomachs could handle. It was a great Christmas I was further reminded of just how wonderful my two sisters and little brother are. I am so happy I have them in my life. They are so much more beautiful and awesome than I could ever hope to be. So on account of me being lazy, and also since a  picture is worth a thousand words...here are a few thousand pictures for your viewing pleasure :)

Why don't we start off with proof that I sew :)

Here is GB showing the Fam how to make pasta from scratch

As you can see...it was Delish!

Here we are at Galveston!

Me and my Faja

Oh Daddy, you always make us laugh and oh how we love you for it

Oh the Men in my life :)

And the Traditional Kreitlein Christmas Eve Christmas Pajama Pictures

It was a rough year for us as a family but we ended the year happy and together. It was a wonderful Christmas full of happy memories we will cherish.

GB and I flew back ome to GA the day after Christmas, where we were further spoiled. We had fun and made good memories with the B's as well. Unfortunately for me I caught the virus of death (which I still have) and we were unable to head to Nasvhville to bring in the new year. So we get to hit that up in the next few weeks. I guess  the only thing left to post is the New Year post....yea I'll get to it eventually :)

Our Home

GB has been forcing me to take a picture at every stage of the house building....back words huh? I am usually the one insisting on the photos. Anyway, if I am going to be forced to take a picture in my gym clothes I may as well document it for posterity right? So here she is in all her glory.

GB picked the brick, we have opposite tastes when it comes to exterior, so we compromised. I let him have the brick and I get to pick wall color inside :) Team work Baby. Our Close date is February 14th. Best Valentines Day ever?...Oh I think so. We are so thrilled and feel so blessed. Our builders are wonderful and have really made this experience so fun.

In other news, we are heading to Houston soon for Christmas with my family there....let the festivities begin!

Lookie What I Found

So when I was uploading some pictures from our tree adventure I found these little gems...they are from August when I went out to Utah. I can not believe its been 4 months since I have seen these little babes. Aren't they just so adorable and fun??...I think I may cry.

Oh my babies, I don't think you could ever know just how much your Mego really loves you.

Oh Christmas Tree

Yesterday we headed up to the Mts. to cut down our Christmas tree. We had a lovely time picking a fat one, eating lunch at a small sandwich shop, shopping for mine and GB's annual Santa, and stopping at a waterfall. Since a picture is worth a thousand words...here are bunch. Enjoy :)

Awwer gosh, I love my Trevor, he gives me the best hugs :)
