GB has been forcing me to take a picture at every stage of the house building....back words huh? I am usually the one insisting on the photos. Anyway, if I am going to be forced to take a picture in my gym clothes I may as well document it for posterity right? So here she is in all her glory.

GB picked the brick, we have opposite tastes when it comes to exterior, so we compromised. I let him have the brick and I get to pick wall color inside :) Team work Baby. Our Close date is February 14th. Best Valentines Day ever?...Oh I think so. We are so thrilled and feel so blessed. Our builders are wonderful and have really made this experience so fun. 

In other news, we are heading to Houston soon for Christmas with my family there....let the festivities begin!

Lookie What I Found

So when I was uploading some pictures from our tree adventure I found these little gems...they are from August when I went out to Utah. I can not believe its been 4 months since I have seen these little babes. Aren't they just so adorable and fun??...I think I may cry.

Oh Christmas Tree

Yesterday we headed up to the Mts. to cut down our Christmas tree. We had a lovely time picking a fat one, eating lunch at a small sandwich shop,shopping for mine and GB's annual Santa, and stopping at a waterfall. Since a picture is worth a thousand words...here are bunch. Enjoy :)

Say What?!

Say What?! Gurl,  two posts in ONE day AND 3 in TWO? oh no she dit'nt....nope didn't spell that wrong, I am in the dirty dirty, that's just how we do.

Soooo yesterday was cool. GB and I decided to take Evan out to see check out our new digs. I was sure they would have some of the framing done, since the slab had dried. GB was sure that nothing would have changed since it was a holiday week. well....

 I am gonna go ahead and say...BOO YA GB! Told ya so sucka! I still can't believe it...little slabby is gone and now we have this awesome giant house that will just keep on gettin' awesomer (yesh, it is in fact a word :)

Yea they did that in 5 days. My mind was blown. Its an actual house now. I am beyond stoked. What a way to start off my Thanksgiving.

 The rest of Thanksgiving went well, we spent it with GB's family (obviously, I mentioned Evan) and we ended the night with Cirque De Soliel Totem, via Mamsi and her generous heart! Mind blown again! it was awesome. My personal favorites were the Native American Hulu Hoop Dancers, Unicycle's  Sexy Skaters, and Sexy swingers. The last two really shouldn't be a surprise to anyone and to be honest, its probably not what you are thinking, although I did feel like I was at a chip and dales for the male gymnast portion. Oh Le Cirque, you never cease to amaze me, well...except Mystere, you could use some improvement there.

Cute huh? haha suckers, GB was just trying to fix the lighting so only half of us were ready, he couldn't fix it so he never got in the picture.

Anyway, Hope everyone had a grand day with their loved ones and adequately stuffed their faces as I did.

PS I went out this morning....and fought ZERO crowds and ZERO traffic and still got a steal on a washer/dryer combo AND a fridge...say what?! yes, I am that good ;)

A weekend of awesomeness

Last weekend I made the treck out to Columbia to throw a baby shower for my lovely friend Tonna with my other beloved, Naomi. It was so glorious to be back with my gal pals, I have been severely deprived as of late.

I got some quality shopping time with both my friends and the shower was a total success....despite the fruit pie ordeal that nearly lost poor Naomi her house ;) I also got to eat at my FAVORITE Asian restaurant AND see Breaking Dawn pt 2 with the best group of ladies from my old ward:) I loved getting so see everyone again. It was by far my favorite RS group I have ever been in and I miss it. It was such a wonderful little trip the put back a few bars in my battery. I am so very thankful for my two sweet friends who have enriched my life as well as my heart. Tonna is the best little shopping partner and is so smart, I can not wait for her to have her baby! When we were shopping at Target, I got to feel him kicking, it was pretty much the most awesome thing I have ever felt in my whole life. She is going to be such a cute little mommy, she is already the most adorable pregnant lady ever. Naomi is already a cute little mommy as well as my craft buddy, she is so great at making the cutest little things and always makes me laugh. They are the cool kids at lunch who invited me to sit with them ...I feel so lucky :)

I am so glad I went...I truly love these girls with all my heart and I am so grateful for their friendships and support. I am also glad I only live 3.5 hrs away....3 if I drive really fast ;) Okay baby boo boo....hurry up and get here so I can go back for a visit!
